into a new station at 216 N. Marlyn Avenue sometime in the 1970’s. The old station on Eastern Avenue was eventually
converted into a museum.

Letter
received on January 18, 1990 from Dennis F. Rasmussen, County Executive, congratulating me on my retirement.

In March
0f 1969 I purchased this weapon and carried it for the next 20 years on my off duty time.

I was retired 9 years in 1999 so I missed the 125th anniversary. However in September 1991
I joined the Clark County Park Police in Las Vegas, Nevada. This September I will mark 44 years total as a Police Officer.

On May 21, 1988 Ola and I were married by Reverend James Lane, Baltimore County Police Chaplain, at
his church, Trinity Temple in Essex. Our family and shift two joined us in celebrating.

Joe
and I grew up together in the Rosedale area of Baltimore County. I should correct that, he grew up and I just progressed in
age. However we did our thing together. Joe told us that a limo would pick us up on the evening of our party. It did, old
wagon #309! Ola and I were chauffeured to the hall on Riverside Road by Off. Joe Albright. As we approached the vocational
school on Mace Avenue approximately six marked Police Cars fell in front and behind us. As we approached the V.F.W. Hall the
lights and sirens went on all units. The neighbors all were out in force to see what was going on. Out stepped Ola and I from
the back of the Wagon. Something I will never forget. All at the party had a good time
