I had the pleasure to work with both Ron Wilhelm and Bob O’Connor. Notice I said “with” and not
“for” as that is how I saw my employment with Baltimore County. I am not saying I didn’t bump heads a few
times with supervision but as I look back I never got disciplined for anything I shouldn’t have. In 1991 I started work with the Clark County Park Police in Las Vegas Nevada. As Cecil Peer would say no one there
(except for another retiree from Long Beach Ca.) would make a pimple on an Essex Police Man’s ass! I get along with
them but I work “for” the supervision. There are two has been policemen and the rest of the 15 man force are all
want-a-bees BUT they pay me good money and I have another pension coming to me very soon
